I'm Simon Bassani, founder of DigiUp Consulting. Long before I founded DigiUp in 2025, I had spent years working in the digitalization industry — going independent was the logical next step after everything I had already done and learned.
With DigiUp, I help owner-managed service providers, coaches and consultants digitalize and automate their business. My approach: build complete systems instead of individual pieces — whether that means automating recurring workflows, developing custom software or digitalizing a company from the ground up. I always think about the whole system, not just the single task.
A few projects show what that means in practice: for a beauty studio, I developed a complete software solution and digitalized every process — from appointment booking and billing to internal workflows. For a fire protection company, I automated the internal processes; since then, the managing director has been saving several hours every week.
Alongside DigiUp, I completed my master's degree in Business Process Engineering and Management. So far I have supported more than 30 clients, and more than 8,000 people follow me on my channels. What drives me is simple: I want to make AI and digitalization tangible — not theory, but practical systems that genuinely save time in everyday work.
