I’ve spent over 15 years working with Agile and Scrum across different industries, roles, and team setups, from startups to large organizations. I’m a Professional Scrum Trainer, Certified Action Learning Coach, Team Psychological Safety Specialist, and the first Agile Kata Trainer in Poland, but more importantly: I’m someone who understands how messy, challenging, and rewarding real Agile adoption can be.

I created the Agile and Scrum Explorers Network because I believe we need more spaces where people can grow together, practice safely, ask the hard questions, and break free from Agile dogma. This isn’t about perfect frameworks—it’s about finding what works, together.
